No! Our ice baths are open to everyone—no membership required. Just book your session and enjoy the benefits of cold therapy.

Each session lasts 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to cool down, recover, and reset—without feeling rushed.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes! Each booking allows for up to 2 people per session. It’s a great way to share the experience with a friend or training partner.
What should I bring to my session?
Just bring your swimwear, a towel, and something warm to change into after. We take care of the rest!
